| Congratulations to our level 7 State Team Champions! What a great team effort. All our kids and coaches did a great job! Level 7 All Around Champions are Kaylee Custer, Francis Bidwill, Madison Newman, and Shannon Tachuk. Level 8 All Around Champion Nicole Duggan. Level 10 All Around Champions Taylor Hill and Lindsay Sanneman. We have 7 all around State champions, and 14 Individual Event State Champions! Congratulations to our level 8's for a second place Team Championship and to our level 8's and 10's who all qualified for the Regional Championships to be held in Long Beach, CA. April 9th and 10th. |

| Arizona Sunrays Gymnastics is proud to announce Maddie Krentz has qualified for The Nastia Liukin Supergirl Cup. Maddie qualified for this prestigious competition this past Saturday in Long Beach, California. Maddie is a level 10 gymnast at Arizona Sunrays and recently won the Classic Rock Invitational held at University of Phoenix Cardinals football Stadium.Maddie is an honors student in her sophomore year at Cactus Shadows high school. The inaugural Nastia Liukin Supergirl Cup is scheduled for March 5, 2010, at the DCU Center in Worcester, Mass. The Nastia Liukin Supergirl Cup will be held the evening prior to the prestigious Tyson American Cup and use the event’s podium. Gymnasts were chosen to participate in the Nastia Liukin Supergirl Cup from a series of invitationals known as the Nastia Liukin Cup Series. The Series has been promoted throughout the competitive season with individual meets each selecting a minimum of two athletes to compete in the Cup from their respective fields. The 2010 Nastia Liukin Supergirl Gymnasts who qualify for the Nastia Liukin Supergirl Cup will receive a Nastia Liukin-designed leotard and a warm-up from GK Elite; two tickets to the Tyson American Cup, and recognition during the event; and the opportunity to meet Nastia Liukin and participate in a team photo. Maddie Krentz led our level 10's to a very fun and exciting win of the team championship and a win of the coveted Fender Guitar team trophy. All of our teams, Coaches, dance teachers and team parents did a fantastic job!!! |

| Congratulations to Sunrays Gymnasts for qualifying to the USA TOPS National team! Nicole Duggan and Michelle Halim qualified for the USA TOPS National Team. They have been invited to train at the national team training center in Houston along with Frances Bidwill and Tatum Bruden who qualified for the "B" team! Congratulations also goes out to Sophie Yoder for qualifying for the TOPS Diamond team for 7 and 8 year olds. |
