The following information was prepared to answer some commonly asked questions. Arizona Sunrays reserves the right to combine or cancel any class with less than four students. If this must be done we will make every effort to find a class time that is convenient for you.

  • Monday through Thursday: 9:00 am – 8:30 pm
  • Friday 9:00 am – 6:00 pm (closed 12:30-2:00)
  • Saturday 9:00 am – 2:00 pm

When is tuition due?
Here at Arizona Sunrays we run on an autopay system. We will run an automatic payment through your bank account. This will be done on the 15th day of each month. Auto payment forms are available in our office and on our website.

How long am I enrolled for?
Your child will be enrolled thru June 2 or until we receive your 30 day written drop notice.

How do I withdraw from class?
We ask for 30 days written notice. Forms are available in our front office or on our website.

What if I start in the middle of the month?
You can sign up at any time. Your tuition will be pro-rated for the month you are starting. We ask that you pay for your prorated month and the following month at the time of sign up. Payment can be credit card, check or cash and the following tuition will be on our automated billing system.

Annual Membership is $30.00 per student, due every August and pro-rated throughout the year. This membership is discounted 15% for additional family members, and is non-refundable. Members received 10% off Pro Shop items and special discount on our camps, sleepovers & more!

Tuition Back Guarantee: We feel we offer the very finest children’s programs in the Valley. However, we also know that we cannot always offer what every child needs at all stages in their development, and that is why we offer the following guarantee. If during your child’s first month of classes with us, you are not satisfied for any reason, we will cheerfully refund your remaining tuition for the session.

NO OBLIGATION CLASSES: A no obligation class is available to new students. These are offered where space if available in a class.

A release form must be filled out prior to taking the class. The no obligation class will be charged only if the student does sign up.

What if my child misses a class?
It is always best to attend your regularly scheduled class. Your account will not be adjusted or prorated for any classes missed as we have hired instructors to teach the class your child signed up for whether or not they choose to attend. If your child misses a class, a make-up class can be arranged. This is a courtesy we offer to our customers, but we must limit them to 6 make-ups per school year. All make-ups must be first scheduled through our office and a missed make-up will count as a make-up and therefore cannot be rescheduled. Make-ups will be given only where space is available and must be taken within four weeks from the date of the missed class. Once your class is missed your make-up may be scheduled up to one week in advance.

What should my child wear to class?
Girls should wear a leotard. Boys should wear a T-shirt & gym shorts. The most important consideration in clothing is freedom of movement. Extremely loose or baggy clothing should be avoided. Bare feet or gymnastics shoes are acceptable. Long hair should be tied back. No jewelry, please. Our Sunrays Sun Spot pro shot is fully stocked with a wide variety of leotards, shirts, novelty items and cheer items.

Observation: Parents and visitors are welcome to observe classes, but must remain in the observation area. AT ALL TIMES. PLEASE DO NOT ENTER THE GYM FLOOR AREA FOR ANY REASON.

General Information: Children should be picked up promptly from class. Children are not allowed to play on any gym equipment or be in the gym area at any time without coach supervision.

Change of information: When any of your contact or billing information changes (address, phone numbers, emergency contact person, email address, etc.), please inform the front office so that we can update your account.
