We understand that all children move at an individual pace. Our highly-trained staff is there to help every step of the way, no matter the skill level or obstacles faced. Our goal with both our online classes and in-person facilities is to help children find not just joy in movement, but an increase in their self-confidence and independence. We believe in working hard and finding healthy, active outlets for frustration and stress. No matter the activity at Arizona Sunrays, we are here to nurture and empower your child.

Community

We connect children and life skills, athlete and instructor, family and (Sunrays) family. Community is an inherent quality of our classes and activities. We strive to be inclusive and to bring people together through movement. Through our classes, camps and competitions, we aim to provide a sense of togetherness. This builds trust and accountability through all relationships. Welcome to the family!

Humanistic

Nobody is perfect. We all have flaws, but we are also strong and capable. We encourage accountability and learning from mistakes, and attempt to lead through kindness. Our instructors both give and receive respect. Our classes are approachable and welcoming. Overall, we strive for authenticity in all that we do.

Conscientious

While we do work to create a fun and engaging environment, we are mindful of the standards and expectations for safety. Our qualified instructors help promote our reputation of reliability by making sure children are always safe and comfortable in their environment. We are diligent not about perfection, but about getting there in a safe and healthy way. We aim to lead and build trust with both students and parents alike.

Passionate

Arizona Sunrays was created out of a lifelong love for gymnastics. We hope to share that drive with everyone we meet. Our instructors are confident and energetic about what they do, passing that same ambition onto the students they teach. We aim to ignite joy and inspiring memories for all our students, whether they remain in the world of gymnastics or not. The confidence and courage children gain from our gyms are valuable skills they can carry on throughout their life.
