Rachel Witenstein, M.S., CCC-SLP

Clinical Director, Arizona Sunrays Speech Therapy
Rachel Witenstein is a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist with years of experience helping children and families strengthen their communication skills. She currently serves as a Speech Language Pathologist in the Scottsdale Unified School District and has previously worked with multiple private practices.
Rachel earned her Master of Science in Speech-Language Pathology from the University of Redlands, where she trained extensively across all nine areas of the field. Her clinical experiences include working with children with developmental language delays, apraxia, stuttering, autism, Down syndrome, hearing loss, and other communication challenges.
As Clinical Director at Arizona Sunrays Speech Therapy, Rachel brings her expertise and passion into a family-centered environment where kids feel supported, confident, and ready to grow.

Anna Martinez, MS, CCC-SLP

Speech-Language Pathologist
Anna is thrilled to be a part of the Arizona Sunrays team. As a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist with her ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence, she is deeply passionate about helping children find their voices and gain confidence in their communication. Anna earned her Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from Faulkner University and has since gained experience working in both clinical and school-based settings.
Throughout her career, Anna has had the privilege of working with children across a wide range of diagnoses, including ADHD, Autism, and various articulation and language disorders. She finds great joy in supporting numerous communication needs and has extensive experience in articulation, expressive and receptive language, and pragmatic language skills. Anna believes every child is a unique individual, and prides herself on adapting her therapeutic approach to meet the specific strengths, interests, and needs of each child she sees.
Beyond the clinical work, Anna believes that family is the heart of a child’s progress. It is incredibly important to her that parents and caregivers feel comfortable, well-informed, and fully included in the therapy process. Because family plays such a vital role in a child’s development, Anna strives to build strong partnerships with every family she serves to ensure they are working together toward the best possible outcomes for their child’s growth.

Arizona Sunrays Speech Therapy is a private-pay program, making it simple and straightforward for families.

Families can choose between 30-minute or 60-minute sessions. Evaluations are 2 hours to ensure a complete assessment.

We offer flexible evening and weekend appointments to fit busy family schedules.

We ask for at least 12 hours notice for cancellations. This ensures we can best support all families who need care.

Yes! Just give us at least one week’s notice and we’ll prepare a progress report for you.

Every child starts with a comprehensive 2-hour evaluation, giving us the insight to create a tailored therapy plan.

Therapy is most effective with consistency. While we don’t provide makeup tokens or credits, families can always adjust their schedule to find times that work best.

Speech therapy is a specialized service with its own dedicated team. Families often find it complements gymnastics, dance, or ninja training beautifully.
