New Preschool Gymnastics Classes Are Here at Arizona Sunrays!

We have exciting news for parents of little ones who love to move, climb, balance, and explore! Our preschool gymnastics program just got a glow-up, with new age-specific classes starting as early as six months.

We’re thrilled to introduce six new classes designed to meet your child’s developmental needs from 6 months to 5 years old:

👶 Baby Gym (6–12 months) – FREE!

Start your little one’s movement journey with this free 30-minute parent-and-baby class. Using developmentally appropriate engagement, equipment and manipulatives, Baby Gym focuses on exploratory play to help build gross and fine motor skills—plus it’s a great way to socialize with other families!

🧗 Explorers (12–24 months)

This 30-minute class is all about movement, discovery, and connection. With a grown-up by their side, toddlers explore movement through simple circuits and games that build coordination, balance, and body confidence—all while having fun!

🤸 Tumble Tots (2–3 years)

Get ready to tumble, climb, and giggle! This 45-minute parent-participation class introduces creative circuits focused on physical and social development. You’ll move together while learning the basics of balance, locomotor skills, and playful gymnastics.

🌟 Preschool Gymnastics (3–4 years)

Our Preschool Gymnastics (3-4 years) class is the first independent class we offer. It's designed to help preschoolers build confidence and independence while learning foundational skills like handstands, cartwheels, balancing on the beam, and swinging on bars. Our supportive instructors guide them through age-appropriate progressions with high energy and encouragement.

💫 Junior Stars (4–5 years)

For our Junior Stars (4-5 years), we offer a 55-minute independent class. In this class, kids take on more advanced movement combinations and refine their skills with a greater sense of body awareness and focus. We’ll keep learning handstands, cartwheels, bars, and beam while having a blast!

☀️Preschool Elite (3-5 years)

Preschool Elite (3-5 years) is designed for little gymnasts who are eager for more! This invitation-based class builds on the fun and fundamentals of our Preschool Gymnastics program, introducing more focused shaping, strength, flexibility and skill progressions in an engaging, supportive environment. With exciting challenges and extra time spent on technique and details, gymnasts will build confidence, bravery, and a sense of accomplishment that keeps them excited for what’s next! Our enthusiastic coaches will be there every step of the way, helping these young athletes develop strong foundations for future success in gymnastics and beyond.
