Let’s be honest: you deserve a night off. Whether you’ve been dreaming of an uninterrupted dinner date, a quiet house, or just catching up on some errands without an audience, scheduling some kid-free time in Phoenix or the surrounding valleys is essential for your sanity.

But finding a reliable, wildly fun, and active environment for your kids on a Saturday night can feel like solving a puzzle. Enter Arizona Sunrays' Kids Night Out.

If you are new to the Sunrays community or just haven’t taken advantage of this specific event yet, here is your complete guide to how it works, why kids beg to go back, and everything you need to know to secure your night out.

What Actually Happens at Kids Night Out?

Kids Night Out (KNO) is a fully supervised, four-hour event on select Saturdays from 5:00 PM to 9:00 PM, led by our trained, CPR-certified staff, ensuring your child's safety and enjoyment.

Every KNO features a lively, rotating theme like Minecraft, Glow in the Dark, Spooktacular Halloween, or Snow Much Fun, making it a fun-filled night kids love and parents trust.

Here is a look at what is inside a typical evening:

  • Gymnastics & Ninja Zones: Kids get supervised access to the spring floors, balance beams, and bars. They can try out our famous NinjaZone challenges and fly into the foam pits.
  • Organized Themed Games: Our coaches lead high-energy activities matched to the month's theme so the kids are constantly engaged.
  • Dinner is Served: We handle the food. Every child receives a slice of cheese pizza and a juice box to keep them fueled up.

The Essential Details (The "Parent Manual")

To make your drop-off seamless, here are the logistical details you need to know:

  • Ages: The event is built for children ages 4 to 11. All children must be fully potty-trained and in good health to attend, ensuring safety and comfort for everyone.
  • Locations: Depending on the weekend, KNO is hosted across our valley locations, including Phoenix, Arcadia, Carefree Hwy, and Surprise.
  • Cost: We offer Early Bird pricing at $45 for the first child and $40 for each additional sibling if you register by Friday at 5:00 PM. After that, standard pricing is $55 for the first child and $50 for siblings, so register early to save!
  • What to Leave at Home: Please keep all electronics, tablets and valuables at home. We promise they won't miss their screens while they are bouncing!

Why It’s a Win-Win

While your kids enjoy bouncing and obstacle courses, you gain four hours of free time, because it is easier to plan a date night or run errands without worry, knowing they are in safe hands at our multiple valley locations.
