What Makes Arizona Sunrays Different? The Best Class Make-up Policy in Phoenix

Arizona Sunrays offers one of the most flexible missed-class policies in the state with our unlimited makeup-token system. As long as your child is actively enrolled, any reported absence becomes a token you can redeem for makeup classes, Camp Sunrays, Open Gym, or Kids Night Out.

Raising children in Phoenix, Scottsdale, and Paradise Valley means navigating unpredictable schedules, last-minute illnesses, and busy family weekends. Most sports facilities enforce rigid attendance rules, penalizing families when life inevitably gets in the way. At Arizona Sunrays, we believe you shouldn't lose the value of your tuition just because your child missed a class.

That is why we developed our industry-leading makeup token policy. We want to ensure your family has maximum flexibility while keeping your children active and engaged.

How the Unlimited Makeup Classes System Works

Our policy is incredibly simple and designed entirely around parental convenience. Whenever your child needs to miss their scheduled gymnastics, dance, or ninja class, simply report the absence before the class starts. Once the class takes place, a digital makeup token is automatically deposited into your family's portal.

These tokens provide unparalleled family flexibility. As long as you remain actively enrolled in our programs and your tuition is current, you enjoy unlimited makeup classes. Tokens are valid for 12 months from the date of issue, so you never have to rush to reschedule during an already busy week.

Creative Ways to Spend Your Tokens

What makes the Arizona Sunrays makeup tokens truly the best policy in the state is how you can use them. You are not restricted to just taking another regular class. We allow parents to turn missed classes into exciting weekend events and holiday care.

Here are the ways you can redeem your tokens:

• Try a New Class: Schedule a standard makeup session, or use the token to let your child try a different age-appropriate class, like switching from gymnastics to ninja for a day.
• Open Gym: Redeem tokens for entry to our supervised Open Gym events, where kids can practice their skills freely.
• Kids Night Out : Exchange tokens to send your child to our popular, four-hour drop-off weekend events featuring pizza and games.
• Camp Sunrays: Need coverage during a school break? Tokens can cover a full, action-packed day at Camp Sunrays.

Flexibility Across the Valley

We understand that convenience is key for busy families. Whether you live in Paradise Valley or the surrounding areas, our tokens adapt to your lifestyle. You can even transfer your makeup tokens between our different valley locations, ensuring that wherever you are, your child has access to top-tier physical education.

Instead of stressing over a missed gymnastics class schedule, you can look forward to treating your child to a special weekend event. If you are looking for a program that genuinely supports the reality of family life, explore why families choose Arizona Sunrays and experience the difference our policies make.
